Who this covers
This website is operated by Fashion Morgan, Music Catalog Brokerage ("Fashion Morgan", "we", "us"). It applies to information collected through musicexecutive.org and through the free valuation request form on it.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you send the valuation request form we receive whatever you type into it: your name, the artist or catalog name, your email address, your phone number if you add it, a streaming link if you add one, and any notes you include. If you email, call, or text us instead, we receive whatever you send.
Information collected automatically. The site is hosted on Vercel, which keeps standard server logs (such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request, and the time of the request) to run and secure the service. The site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser sends a request, including your IP address, to Google when the page loads. We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies on this site.
How we use it
- To reply to you and arrange the discovery call you asked for.
- To prepare a catalog valuation, if you go ahead with one.
- To keep a record of our conversations with you.
- To keep the site running and secure.
We do not sell your information. We do not use it for marketing lists. We do not share your catalog, your data, or your identity with any buyer without your explicit written consent, and a mutual NDA is signed before any catalog data changes hands.
Who else handles it
The valuation form is delivered to our inbox by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a form-to-email service. Your submission passes through their servers to reach us. The site is hosted by Vercel. Typefaces are served by Google Fonts. Each of these providers has its own privacy policy. We do not pass your details to anyone else unless you ask us to, or the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep valuation requests and related correspondence for as long as we are talking with you about your catalog, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to it. If you would rather we delete what we hold, email us and we will.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email Fashion@musicexecutive.org. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy law, and we will honour them.
Children
This site is for adults managing music rights. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
Terms of use
What this site is
musicexecutive.org describes the catalog brokerage services offered by Fashion Morgan and lets you request a free valuation. Using the site, or sending the form, does not create a brokerage engagement. Any engagement is set out in a separate written agreement, together with a mutual NDA, before any work begins.
Not legal or financial advice
The content on this site, including market figures, valuation ranges, deal structures, and explanations of contract terms, is general information. It is not legal, tax, or investment advice, and it is not a guarantee of what any particular catalog is worth or what any buyer will offer. Market multiples move. Your own number depends on your own royalty statements and on the buyers active at the time. We encourage you to involve your own attorney and advisers in any deal.
No fees until closing
As stated on the site, we do not charge upfront fees or retainers. Our commission is agreed in writing before an engagement starts and is paid at closing from the proceeds of a completed deal.
Your submissions
When you send us information about a catalog you confirm that you are entitled to share it and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
Content and trademarks
The text and images on this site belong to Fashion Morgan unless stated otherwise. You may not reproduce them for commercial purposes without permission.

Where the site links to other websites, we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Limitation
The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of the site or from reliance on its general information. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
